DELIVERY
Upon receipt of the Order, a confirmation email will be sent automatically to you, and our Team will start working on creating your bag of choice. If you don’t receive a confirmation within 48 hours, please contact our info@leninestore.com for assistance.
As everything we create is made to order, please take production timing into account as well,which is usually 4 working days.
Once shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information. Delivery typically takes between 2-7 business days depending on the destination and delivery method you selected.
PLEASE NOTE – All prices, local taxes, and import duties are estimated and collected at checkout. Please be aware of the applicable import duties and fees for your country. In the event you are required to pay additional taxes and fees at delivery, you will be responsible for these charges.
We ship worldwide with DHL, which allows us to pay an extra fee to offset our (and your) carbon footprint for shipping. Shipping costs vary depending on weight and destination – all shipping costs will be automatically calculated in your cart.
RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return within 14 working days of the delivery (working days are calculated on the basis of documented proof of delivery).

You will receive a confirmation email that authorizes the return.
The products must be returned intact (not used or damaged), in the original box including the paper hang tag.
The logistics and shipping costs (and any customs fees, if any) for returning the goods will be at your expense.
REFUNDS
Once your items are received and inspected, you will receive an email notification if your return has been accepted. Once accepted, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note it may take 3-7 business days for the credit to appear on your bank statement.
If the items are not eligible for return (i.e. have been worn, damaged, missing security tags etc.), your return will not be accepted and a refund will not be issued. Instead, we will contact you directly for further resolution.
