This section establishes the terms and conditions that apply to the LE NINE ‘CLUB loyalty program.
By participating in LE NINE ‘CLUB, the user accepts and undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions listed below.
Le Niné s.r.l.s. with registered office in via Calefati 7, 70121, Bari, Italy, creator and promoter of the activities available on the LENINESTORE.COM website and of the LE NINE ‘CLUB service, reserves the right to use the personal data provided voluntarily by the user, in compliance with current regulations (articles 13 and following of Legislative Decree 196/2003).
The aforementioned terms and conditions supplement the legal terms and the cookie policy published on the LENINESTORE.COM website
HOW DOES IT WORK
Users who already have an account on LENINESTORE.COM, or new users who create their account at the time of their first purchase on the LENINESTORE.COM site, will be able to benefit from LE NINE ‘CLUB.
The account created on LENINESTORE.COM is personal and non-transferable.
To access and use LE NINE ‘CLUB you need to login to the LENINESTORE.COM website
Membership of LE NINE ‘CLUB can be canceled at any time by sending an email to customercare@leninestore.com. Once the service is canceled, the customer will no longer be able to use the accumulated points or redeem them in any way.
LE NINE ‘CLUB is a benefit provided to LENINESTORE.COM users and as such can be suspended, revoked or canceled at any time by Le Niné s.r.l.s. for any reason or no reason. In the event of termination of the service by the user, all program benefits, including accrued points and other benefits, will be automatically and immediately lost. In case of cancellation of participation by the user, or the termination of LE NINE ‘CLUB by the company, Le Niné s.r.l.s. assumes no responsibility for unused points by participants or for the loss of other program benefits.
If the user has previously chosen not to receive communications from LENINESTORE.COM, he will not receive communications relating to LE NINE ‘CLUB. You can register or reactivate the receipt of e-mail communications by logging in to LENINESTORE.COM and subscribing to the newsletter.
You can choose not to receive communications relating to LE NINE ‘CLUB and continue to participate in the program.

HOW TO GET POINTS
For every 1 € / EUR (euro) or 1 £ / GBP (pound) or 1 $ / USD (dollar) spent on LENINESTORE.COM you get 1 point.
The points are visible on the personal “My account” page.
In case of returns or cancellations, the points credited at the time of purchase are canceled.
Points can only be used with your personal account and cannot be transferred to other accounts.
A purchase is valid when the minimum amount of 1 € for the purchase of products included in LE NINE ‘CLUB is exceeded. Some items may be excluded from the program at the company’s discretion.
VALIDITY OF COUPONS
Coupons are valid for 12 months from the redemption date: they will expire on the last day of the month of the validity period.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATIONS
Points are credited as soon as payment for an order is successful.
If one or more items are returned, or orders placed are canceled, the points corresponding to each returned or canceled item are deducted from the total points obtained.
HOW TO USE THE POINTS
Upon reaching the required threshold, visible on their “My account” reserved area, the user must click on the button relating to the discount that can be used. At that moment, you will receive an email containing the code to be used for the next purchase on LENINESTORE.COM. The code must be entered in the cart, in the spaces provided, and at the time of payment, the discount will be automatically applied.
After using the discount, the points will be automatically deducted.
The user can view the points accumulated from “My Account” at any time.
GENERAL INFORMATIONS
Le Niné s.r.l.s. is the promoter of the loyalty program LE NINE ‘CLUB. The program and related benefits are considered void where prohibited by law. Taxation may be envisaged in the cases provided for by law. Le Niné s.r.l.s. assumes no responsibility for users who violate the laws or regulations established by their state or country by participating in the program. User participation is subject to the present and future rules of the loyalty program. Participation is valid only on www.LENINESTORE.COM and points can only be obtained and used on www.LENINESTORE.COM.
It is not necessary to make a purchase to register for LE NINE ‘CLUB. To start obtaining and accumulating points, the user must be registered on LENINESTORE.COM with a valid username and password.
By registering with LE NINE ‘CLUB, the user accepts and undertakes to comply with the terms and conditions of use of the program and gives his consent for Le Niné s.r.l.s. can collect and use the personal data provided voluntarily by the user and the data collected from the activities carried out by him within LE NINE ‘CLUB. The data controller of the data collected through the website is Le Niné s.r.l.s.
All data collected will be processed at the headquarters of the data controller, subject to the exceptions specified in the Privacy Policy.
The owner processes the personal data of users by adopting appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification or destruction of personal data.
Personal data, provided voluntarily by the user, are not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but by their very nature they could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
RIGHT OF ADMISSION AND MEMBERSHIP TO THE SERVICE
LE NINE ‘CLUB can be used by users who have reached the age of 18 on the date of their first registration on LENINESTORE.COM.
Le Niné s.r.l.s. reserves the right to modify, revoke or cancel participation in LE NINE ‘CLUB, without notice, for anyone who, at the company’s discretion, violates the terms and conditions of use of the program. It also reserves the right to withdraw points, at its discretion, for any type of abuse committed by users.
LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
By joining LE NINE ‘CLUB, the user exempts Le Niné s.r.l.s. and the companies related to it or employees, from any liability for any damage, loss or injury of any kind arising from or related to the use of the loyalty program, or from the use of the points assigned. Le Niné s.r.l.s. assumes no responsibility for any problems due to the malfunction of connection devices, the network, hardware or software, the Internet, the provider or data traffic congestion and unauthorized human interventions. Users must accept the terms and conditions of this notice, and are required to periodically visit these pages to be always informed of updates, changes and corrections to these terms and conditions of use.
Le Niné s.r.l.s. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions contained in this legal notice, if necessary, without notice.
PROGRAM CHANGES
Le Niné s.r.l.s. reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of LE NINE ‘CLUB and to cancel or withdraw the program at any time, without notice and without further obligations towards users, including changes to the regulations regarding the obtaining of points, their value and their duration.
Communications of such changes or the cancellation of users from the service will be sent by e-mail or published on LENINESTORE.COM, and will have immediate effect unless otherwise indicated.
